GNR THEME HELP
This theme is made up of icons for your desktop, cursors for your
mouse, sounds, and a windows background.
Firstly You MUST have Microsoft Plus!
installed for this to work properly.
If you do have Plus installed click here.
If you don't have Plus! installed click here.
To install WITH Microsoft Plus!
- First you have to download the theme. To do this click here
- Save the zip file to a temp directory
- Create a new directory in
C:\ProgramFiles\Plus!\Themes
called gnr
- Extract all the files in the gnr.zip to the new
C:\ProgramFiles\Plus!\Themes\gnr directory
- Copy the file Elly's gnr
theme.theme file to the
C:\ProgramFiles\Plus!\Themes
file
- Click on the Start button
- Click Settings, Control Panel
- In Control Panel, click Desktop themes
- Select Elly's GNR Theme from the drop down menu
- Click Apply
- Click OK
- Your GNR theme 'should' now work!

To Install WITHOUT Microsoft Plus!
- First you have to download the theme. To do this click here
- Save the zip file to a temp directory
- Extract the files to a new directory (call it theme)
- Copy the 44calibrelogo.bmp file to your
C:\Windows
directory
- Copy the .ani and .ico files to
C:\Windows\cursors
- Copy the .wav files to
C:\windows\media
- To make the sounds work, goto control panel and click on sounds
- Select an action and click browse. you'll find the sound files where
you put them in C:\windows\media
- To change your icons, right click on the icon you wish to change
- Click Properties, Shortcut, change icon
- Set the path as
C:\Windows\cursors.
- Repeat steps 9 - 11 for all your icons
