GUNS N' ROSES frontman AXL ROSE is embroiled in a bitter legal battle over royalties. The PARADISE CITY hitmaker is facing a lawsuit from musician CHRIS WEBER who claims he wrote two Roses songs, SHADOW OF YOUR LOVE and BACK OFF, BITCH. But Rose, who used to play in a band with Weber before his Guns n' Roses days, says the allegations are false. His manager DOUG GOLDSTEIN says, "Basically this is a nuisance lawsuit. I've spoken to the band and they vehemently deny Weber writing those two songs." However Weber's manager GREGORY ERLICH claims to have a 1983 videotape of Rose and Weber performing the song together. Goldstein says, "I've been hearing about this tape for four years and have yet to see it." Bitch, moan, bitch, moan… What about any new G'n R stuff. Quit messing around and release something, already!!
