1. You must already have installed ICQ and ICQ PLUS. You can get ICQ here, and ICQ Plus here. 2. Copy the ICQ PLUS SKIN into the "Skins" directory where you installed ICQ PLUS. 3. Click on the plus sign to activate the GNR ICQ PLUS skin you want.
