GUNS N ROSES concert to take place at the GM PLACE on November 7th 2002 CANCELLED at the LAST MINUTE.

Concert was set to begin at 9:30PM. Concert was cancelled at 8:00PM by GM Place managers learned Axl Rose was not even in Canada yet. So the concert was cancelled a few minutes before all the fans where set to enter the venue.

Shash on the GUNS N' ROSES tour kickoff in Vancouver that became a riot instead:

"Nothing surprises me. When he really has all his shit together, Axl is brilliant, so it'll be happening. It just takes him a while to get around to it. As far as showing up to gigs? That's all par for the course. We've all seen that movie. What better way to kick off a GUNS N' ROSES tour than to miss the first gig?"

CONCERT SET TO BE RESCHEDULED?
MTV reports the Vancouver concert is set to be rescheduled. It remains to be seen if this will really happen. Fans in St-Louis and Montreal are still waiting for their concerts to be rescheduled.
TICKET REFUND
According to Global's www.canada.com Website, tickets are to be refunded starting November 14th 2002. This would indicate that the concert will not be rescheduled. Checkout the concerts page for details.
